AGROMECH creates modern and complex solutions in the field of nature protection. We are pleased to offer design and complete realisation of sorting lines for municipal waste – either mixed and sorted. Our lines are also utilised in the area of recycling of audio/video devices.
The lines are used for selection and segregation from a pile of waste the largest amount of secondary raw materials (which are metal, plastic, glass, paper, rubber, wood or textiles) as well as organic waste and mineral material. Due to such activity, the life of a landfill is longer and profits of a company that manages the waste higher. Our sorting lines are devoted to be operated under roof or outdoor, their maintenance is completely automatized.
The sorting lines produced by our company consist mainly of the system of belt waste conveyors, rotary screens for mechanical waste segregation (diameter from ø 1600 to ø 3600) and sorting cabins, where manual segregation has place. Moreover, they may consist of electromagnetic separators, crushers, bag openers, a baling press and other interoperating devices. Our experience allows for providing the best solutions for our clients, perfectly adapted to the kind of processed waste and making excellent use of local and spatial conditions. |
