Waste sorting lines

AGROMECH creates modern and complex solutions in the scope of environmental protection. We offer design and complete realisation of communal waste control lines- for both mixed and selective collection processes.

Lines are served for sorting and segregation from waste mass the maximal amount of secondary materials (such as: metals, plastics, glass, paper, rubber, wood or textiles) as well as organic particles and mineral materials. Because of this, not only is the life of the waste dump prolonged, but waste company's profits are increased considerably. Sorting lines are designated to operate under a roof or outside, and their service is fully automated.

Sorting lines produced by us primarily consist of waste transport belt conveyers, rotary sieves for mechanical waste segregation (with a diameter from ø 1600 to ø 3600) and a sorting cabin for manual segregation. Additionally, they may also include electromagnetic separators, shredders and bailing presses, as well as other co-operative devices. Our experience allows us to suggest optimal solutions for the client that are ideally suited to the type of wastes processed and that make best use of local space.
