AGROMECH specialises in the design and manufacture of closely transport systems. We offer a complete range of transportation systems which divides in:

  • belt conveyors (sliding, rolling and chain-fed )
  • auger conveyors
  • currycomb conveyors
  • redler type drag conveyors

Belt conveyors the can have functions like: loading, dispatching, channeling, lifting, sorting, receiving and reversing functions. All are characterised by stable construction and high durability.

Conveyors are supplied in oil and grease-proof tape, and are mechanically grinding proof. Dzięki temu nasze przenośniki są niezwykle przydatne w gospodarce odpadami, przemyśle, rolnictwie, technice magazynowej i w innych zastosowaniach.

All conveyors are designed and manufactured to specific order, which allows for selection of the best technical parameters, such as belt width, lenght or through-depth.

Conveyors may be connected ( e.g. by sifting hoppers, transfer stations, charging hoppers and directing sleeves ) into integrated systems, which allow for elaboration of optimal transport solutions.

  • Auger conveyors
    Auger conveyors are relatively tight and have coiled steel scroll which is the factor of transportation. Auger conveyors have stay-up construction steady in few places for ensure the stability. Dusting is limited to minimun thanks to fittings case in through all lenght of conveyor. On the ground through-depth construction enable to easly and quickly access to all moving parts. Motoreductor is the drive which is suitable for jobs.
  • Carrycomb conveyors
    Carrycomb conveyor belong to chain-fed group systems of transportation. Conveyor's body is the welded structure consisting of steel sheets and sections. Body is designed as uniform structure. Conveyor’s trough is closed with side walls made of steel sheet. Trough is closed with the back wall on the tightening stand side. Transport of material enable transverse mounted profiles to conveyor which are moving with chains on two sides. Before the drive is mounted the align layer. In most cases on the end of conveyor there is mounted an auger conveyor which is dosage the material do the next process.
